Navigator led organizational change management strategy for American Electric Power’s implementation of PeopleSoft Expense to 12,000+ employees. The project included replacing an aging expense system, updating expense related processes, and introducing new or revised policies.

Navigator is providing Shawnee State University with an Oracle Cloud implementation that requires Organizational Change and Training Leadership on the project. The approach focuses on change alignment and readiness, leadership coaching, end user training, and a cascading communications approach.
Navigator is contracted to deliver Prosci OCM Certification Training to representatives from 20 State of Georgia agencies.

Navigator partnered with STERIS to deploy SAP’s SuccessFactors to 14,000 employees in 30 countries, operating in 13+ languages; deploy BenefitsFocus to the entire U.S. population; and transition one legal entity to ADP payroll and two new timekeeping solutions.
Navigator was engaged to help the University understand its options for replacing its legacy financial reporting tool, assess the health of its transactional data set, and to develop a short and long-term reporting strategy.
