Navigator implemented a BI visualization tool and had a data warehouse in place that refreshed nightly with the most critical business data. An initial set of BI dashboards was delivered to the sales management team, who previously had little to no access to critical information on a daily basis.

Navigator is providing Shawnee State University with an Oracle Cloud implementation that requires Organizational Change and Training Leadership on the project. The approach focuses on change alignment and readiness, leadership coaching, end user training, and a cascading communications approach.
