"Navigator helped us redesign a current process, to be more student-focused while not increasing compliance risks. We discovered that students also needed specific information to self-service and reduce the risk that their class registrations could be dropped because they had yet to identify a method of payment. By using our existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, we were able to reach out to individuals, and provide them targeted information to self-service. The following semester the count of students dropped for no payment method reduced in half."
