Navigator’s business analysis and process design capability utilizes techniques from Business Process Modeling Notation and Lean IT as part of a highly effective approach for facilitating current state analysis and future state design. Business Process Analysis

Assessing, documenting, analyzing and recommending streamlined business processes. We work with subject matter experts to identify inefficiencies in the current state model. Utilizing best practices such as Lean IT and Six Sigma, we focus on optimizing the efficiency of the business.

Requirements Management

Soliciting and prioritizing business requirements; identifying risks, assumptions and dependencies for implementations. We utilize industry proven techniques to elicit information from stakeholders utilizing workshop sessions, brainstorming, focus groups, interviews, and observations.


We work with organizations to develop a roadmap that outlines specifically how technology will support the business strategy and help drive business priorities over the next 3-5 years.

Change Management

Whether a business is implementing a new system or re-engineering existing business processes, people are at the heart of every change. Ensuring that employees and other stakeholders are considered and bought in to the solution is a critical factor to the success of any business process initiative. Our consultants are certified in methodologies, such as Prosci, and utilize those tools and techniques to address the "people" aspect of change.
