Women at Navigator Management Partners
We established the Women’s Leadership Initiative to further cultivate the development of today’s leaders as well as retain and attract the best and brightest talent. Navigator believes that creating a diverse workforce as well as attracting and promoting women is critical to our continued success. The program focuses on formal programming, traceable metrics and community service.
