Navigator’s commitment is to invest in our people.  We allocate a significant amount of time and money to help develop our professionals.  Our support includes graduate degree programs, leadership training, certification preparation and many others.  Our professionals develop their plans based on career interests in conjunction with market demand and Navigator supports that pursuit.  In addition to providing specific financial support to pay for training, there are also internal incentives that reward employees for investing time and effort in their professional education.
