Chad is the Human Capital Management (HCM) Capability lead for Navigator Management Partners. His goals for the capability are to establish a strong set of offerings to support our clients’ people, process, and technology needs within their HCM business areas. The driving principles for the capability are to provide solutions to our clients that focus on streamlining business processes and realizing efficiencies within an organization’s enterprise applications.

Chad has over 13 years of industry experience providing project management support and technology consulting services for State and Federal government, Higher Education, Finance, and Retail organizations. Prior to joining Navigator Chad was a Senior Manager in the State and Local Government practice at Accenture where he specialized in large scale HCM PeopleSoft implementations.

Chad has been a proud resident of the Columbus community for over thirty years and maintains active leadership roles in the Local Arts Community. He has served on the board of The Singing Buckeyes Men’s Chorus for several years and has recently become their musical director.
