Curt Metzger Enterprise Supply Chain & eProcurement Navigator Management Partners

Curt currently serves Navigator Management Partners, LLC as its Enterprise Supply Chain and eProcurement Capability Lead in addition to performing as a Senior Consulting Professional. In the Capability Lead role Curt is responsible for increasing Navigator’s collective experience and knowledge capital in the Enterprise Supply Chain and eProcurement Capability area, enabling Navigator to bring to bear its core capabilities to benefit client organizations. As a Senior Consulting Professional, Curt brings over 20 years of combined consulting and industry experience to Navigator Management Partners. Curt is responsible for leading business process design initiatives, integrating business processes and technology, measuring performance to confirm operational excellence, using technology as an enabler of an organization change and managing cross-functional relationships to achieve project objectives.

Prior to joining Navigator, Curt was an independent business analyst and implementation consultant serving the central Ohio region, specializing in enterprise resource system implementations. Responsibilities included business process design and solutions delivery in a variety of industries, including healthcare, higher education, utility, quick service restaurant, information service provider, and retail.

Curt serves on the board of the Capital Amateur Hockey Association in Columbus, Ohio and is an active volunteer with the Olentangy Orange High School Boosters program. Curt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Sciences from The Ohio State University. Curt resides in Lewis Center, Ohio with his wife, Cherise, and their two children.
