As the Capability Lead for the Organizational Change Management and Training group, Brenda provides leadership to the team of Navigator consultants who specialize in managing the human side of change. In addition to her business development and client responsibilities, Brenda also creates, compiles and maintains the methodology to support this capability group.

Throughout her career, Brenda has focused on how organizational and technological changes impact people. She specializes in helping higher education and government clients who are undergoing large computer system or organizational changes. Brenda brings more than thirty years of combined management/consulting experience across the areas of strategic planning, business case development, program and project management, process improvement and measurement, training design, development and delivery, organizational design, talent management and succession planning, staff development, employee relations, and organizational communications.

Prior to joining Navigator Management Partners, Brenda was a senior manager with Accenture. She worked in a variety of leadership and service roles at Michigan State University for nearly twenty years before that, with her last role there being the Acting Director of the Study Abroad Office – one of the largest offices of its kind in the country.

Volunteerism has been an important part of Brenda’s life. She has served on the board of the Greater Lansing Big Brothers and Big Sisters and the Michigan State University Business Women’s Association. She continues her community service in the Columbus area by serving on the board of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, participating in GroundWork Group, and supporting other local non-profit organizations like the Scioto Valley Chorus of Sweet Adelines International. In recognition of her financial contributions, she has been named a member of the Michigan State University Presidents Club.

A native of Lansing, Michigan, Brenda now resides in Grove City, Ohio. She has two adult sons, Reid and Brendan, who live in Boston, MA and Lansing, MI, respectively. She holds a B.S. in Psychology (with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior) and a Masters of Labor and Industrial Relations, both from Michigan State University.
