Jon is the CRM Capability Lead for Navigator Management Partners, LLC. He has over ten years of experience developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities for Fortune 500 clients in varied industries in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Jon has improved clients’ front office operations through system implementation and integration projects for field sales and service, call centers, and web portals. His focus throughout has been on effective and efficient project management, customer data quality and integration, and client satisfaction. His experiences led him to get the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (http://pmi.org/).

Jon is the lead of the Central Ohio CRM Practitioners group which aims to provide networking and educational activities for CRM practitioners in Central Ohio. Before joining Navigator, Jon was a manager with Accenture, where he undertook intensive training in a variety of management skill areas. He recently earned the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the O.G.C (http://ITIL-OfficialSite.com/). Jon’s other interests within IT include EPM (Enterprise Portfolio/Project Management) software, Content Management Systems (CMS) and collaborative technology (e.g. SharePoint, Drupal, Zimbra), and Free/Open-Source Software (FOSS).

Jon grew up in Delaware, Ohio, and attended Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, where he majored in History. He enjoys doing volunteer work, most recently with Groundwork Group and Habitat for Humanity. He resides in New Albany with his wife Shannon and their son.
