As Director of Consulting Services, Rich brings 18 years of consulting experience to his leadership role within the firm. Rich is responsible for business development, client relationship management, service delivery and operations as the lead for Navigator's Baltimore Office. Throughout his career, Rich has impacted the visibility, profitability, and performance of a diverse set of global organizations through effective management and leadership of mission critical business and IT programs. Rich brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the delivery of consulting services with expertise in program and project management, IT deployment, IT assessments, and synergizing global enterprise outsourcing offerings. Rich also possesses a deep understanding of portal, document and content management solutions, as well as deep industry expertise in health and human services and transportation programs such: welfare, child support, child welfare, Medicaid, and road tolling. Rich joins Navigator with 18 years of consulting experience, most of which were attained while at Accenture. At Accenture, Rich held several executive positions, including Account Executive for the State of Maryland, where he led all aspects of business development and client relationships for key accounts. Rich was also the Project Manager for several large and complex programs in Florida, Maryland, and Virginia. Rich also recently served as Accenture's Global New Service Offerings Lead, where he managed new BPO business offering launches and go-to-market strategies for the Public Service operating group. An active community leader, Rich is a board member of the First Tee of Howard County, Maryland. Rich holds a B.S. degree in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Rich was born and raised in Baltimore and now resides in Clarksville, Maryland with his wife Catherine and two daughters, Zoe and Carly. |
