David Schoettmer is the president and senior partner of Navigator Management Partners LLC, a management and information technology consulting firm specializing in project management, business process design and packaged software implementation services. Schoettmer was the founder of Navigator and has since managed the growth of the firm into a key service provider to many of the Fortune 1000 companies in greater Columbus. Navigator has been recognized locally for its rapid growth and ‘best places to work’ status, and is now expanding its services to include the Raleigh, North Carolina and Research Triangle Park area. Prior to his position with Navigator, Schoettmer held positions in engineering, operations management and consulting with United Technologies’ Pratt & Whitney, ABB, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). While at Accenture, Schoettmer became recognized as a thought leader in packaged software implementation and process reengineering, establishing the basis for his launch of Navigator. Navigator’s regional focus has allowed Schoettmer to better establish himself as a corporate citizen of greater Columbus. This has included board membership of On My Own, a local service provider to adults with moderate developmental disabilities (Now a subsidiary of Goodwill Columbus), participation in the Groundwork Group which provides matching services of IT professionals with local nonprofit organizations, and the donation of time and financial support to the Pleasure Guild and other Children’s Hospital organizations, the OSU Medical Center, and the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio. In the for-profit arena, Schoettmer is a board member of 3G Marketing of Greensboro, NC. A native of Kettering, Ohio, Schoettmer now resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife Laura and two children. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. |
As Vice President of Navigator’s Columbus Office, Kameron brings 21 years of consulting experience to his leadership role within the firm. Kameron is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business opportunities, assembling and participating on client service delivery teams, providing delivery quality oversight, and attracting local talent to bring to our clients. Throughout his career, Kameron has focused on helping companies achieve business results through leadership and systematic approaches to strategic and tactical business objectives. Kameron has experience across a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, retail and distribution. Kameron has delivered business consulting, outsourcing, and enterprise systems implementation programs. Kameron has managed collaborative multi-organization teams through complex business transformation programs involving over 200 people each. Over his career, Kameron has recruited, organized, and developed many diverse high performing teams. Before joining Navigator, Kameron was an Associate Partner with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he was responsible for client delivery to Fortune 500 clients. Kameron served in executive roles designing and delivering multiple shared service business models. Kameron has extensive enterprise system implementation and operations experience over the years, managing projects for many clients across multiple industries. Kameron was a leader in the area of Business Process Reengineering and served as Faculty member teaching hundreds of Accenture professionals a formal Continuing Education program called Business Process Excellence Principles. An active community leader, Kameron serves on the Board at Alvis House and is an active member of GroundWork Group. Kameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management Certificate from The Ohio State University. Kameron resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife, Beth, and their three children Drue, Clare and Paige. |
Ed currently serves Navigator Management Partners, LLC as its Director of Shared Services. In this role he is responsible for identifying new markets, supporting enterprise growth, and serving existing consulting operations by creating and managing the operational infrastructure. Ed brings over 16 years of professional experience in developing shared services, managing financial operations and business performance measurement to the Navigator team. Throughout his career, Ed has focused on leveraging financial operations to drive business results throughout multiple industries, including multi-unit retail, financial services, software development and the non-profit sector. Ed has benefited from his perspective as a financial leader within the organizations he has worked for and from the clients he has served in a consulting capacity. Before joining Navigator, Ed was the Controller of Developing Brands for Wendy’s International, Inc. where he was responsible for directing all accounting and financial reporting activities for certain newly acquired brands. In this role, Ed actively supported enterprise-wide cost containment efforts and participated in efforts to restructure the organization. Ed proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Homeless Families Foundation in Columbus, Ohio as Treasurer and is on the Worthington Youth Boosters board. In addition to his current work, Ed has served on various committees within the GroundWork Group and Directions for Youth and Families. Ed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Miami University and a Master’s of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Ed resides in Worthington, Ohio with his wife, Dawn, and their three children Evan, Emily and Samantha. |
