Marcelo Casella Director of Consulting Services - Raleigh, NC Navigator Management Partners

Marcelo brings 12 years of combined consulting and industry experience to his leadership role with Navigator Management Partners. Marcelo is responsible for business development, client relationship management, service delivery and operations as the lead for Navigator's Raleigh Office.

Throughout his career, Marcelo has helped organizations achieve superior business results through the alignment of strategic business objectives and technology investments. Marcelo has experience across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, security services, sports entertainment, financial services, and government and has delivered business consulting, outsourcing, and systems implementation programs for public- and private-sector clients.

Prior to joining Navigator, Marcelo served as a Senior Managing Consultant with Capgemini where he was responsible for client delivery to Fortune 1000 and public-sector clients. Marcelo is a recognized leader in Packaged Applications and has implemented Enterprise Level Financial, Human Resource, and Supply Chain Systems for numerous clients enabling them to align their back office and front office operations with their strategic business initiatives.

A native of McLean, Virginia, Marcelo now resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Heather and two children. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with an Information Systems options from Virginia Tech University.
