Business Analysis and Process Design Lead

Crystal brings nearly 10 years of business analysis experience across multiple software platforms, with a focus on supply chain and procurement business processes. Carrying both functional and technical expertise, she has been involved in several areas of project implementation, including requirements analysis, process mapping, solution design, testing and deployment for complex business transition projects. She has a passion for process flows, data quality and conversions. Additionally, she is best known for her ability to bring positive, effective communication strategy to her clients to deliver cohesive business solutions that achieve sustainable results.

She currently resides in Dublin, OH with her daughter and two cats. She is a half-marathoner and avid outdoor enthusiast.

Lisa Rogers is a Vice President with Navigator Management Partners and is recognized as a leader in the areas of supply chain and finance.  She is a highly experienced consulting executive with over 20 years of experience delivering strategic initiatives and highly complex system implementations.  Lisa has extensive experience delivering large-scope business process improvement and technology implementation programs and managing high-performing teams.  Lisa has notable expertise in the energy industry.

Lisa serves on the Board of Directors of the Harmony Project and is active in the greater Columbus community.  Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University and has both her PMP and CBAP certifications. Lisa resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband, Dan, and her son, Zach.
