Testing and Deployment Lead

As the Testing and Deployment Lead, Nicole provides leadership in several areas, including defining and championing the capability’s role within the firm, facilitating ongoing improvements to our methodology, enhancing and refining the testing and deployment skills sets in our consulting staff, and supporting business development.

Nicole has over 21 years of consulting experience in business transformation through all aspects of the ERP System Development Life Cycle across multiple industries, business functions, processes, and systems. She has expertise in testing methodologies and processes using a variety of tools and has successfully driven complex testing cycles for many clients.

In addition to leading the Testing and Deployment capability and her client service roles, Nicole is leading Navigator's partnership with the American Heart Association for the second consecutive year.

Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in both Management Information Systems and Accounting from The Ohio State University and is PMP, HRIP, and Prosci certified. She resides in Lewis Center, Ohio, with her husband, Nick, and her son, Zach.

Michael Stevenson serves as a Senior Vice President for Navigator Management Partners.

Michael is a highly experienced consulting executive with over 19 years of strategy and delivery experience. He is proficient at defining and managing large scope business process improvement and technology implementation programs, directing high performance teams, and mitigating risk. Michael has notable experience in the energy and healthcare industries.

Navigator’s regional focus has allowed Michael to establish himself as a corporate citizen of greater Columbus. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of the Red Cross of Central and Southeastern Ohio.  Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University. Michael resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife, Katie, and their three children, Nate, Ben and Sarah.
